You will need to be able to multi task, be part of a demanding department, maximising customer opportunities and be able to liaise with other teams within the organisation. Having a professional telephone manner and a real can do attitude are fundamental requirements of the role.

You will have a proven record of being able to use appointment scheduling software and have an eye for detail.
